Critical Med for flight and critical care transport

Pre-calculate RSI doses, check drips and work out O₂ cylinder time before the patient is loaded. Everything runs on the phone, so altitude and dead zones don’t matter.

Flight and ground transport crews were among Critical Med’s earliest users, and they shaped much of it. The app runs entirely on your phone with no account, so it works in the aircraft, in the hangar and in the dead zones between facilities.

Crews use it to pre-calculate RSI doses before arrival, check drip rates against the bag in hand, work out O₂ cylinder time, and review ventilator waveforms in Ventilator Studio.

International fixed wing medevac and Critical

There is a lot to be said for removing cognitive load on the provider, specifically in emergency situations. The fact that the app is not dependent upon WiFi availability makes it my first go to for a ton of out of hospital uses

Great app for flights clinicians/critical care

I love the clinical calculators and pediatric reference as well. The design is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, and works without Wi-Fi.

LOVE IT!

Started using it the heaviest when I first started working as a flight paramedic. Saved my bacon more than once.
