Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Critical Med, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the application.
Medical Disclaimer
Critical Med is a clinical reference tool only. It is designed to provide quick access to medical reference information for healthcare professionals.
This application:
- Does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Is NOT a substitute for professional medical judgment
- Is NOT intended for use in making clinical decisions without proper medical training
- Should NOT be used as the sole basis for any medical decision
Always use your professional clinical judgment. Verify all drug doses, protocols, and clinical information with current, authoritative sources before patient care. Medical guidelines and drug information change frequently.
Intended Users
Critical Med is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals including but not limited to physicians, nurses, paramedics, EMTs, respiratory therapists, and medical students under appropriate supervision.
No Warranty
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The information in the app is complete, accurate, or current
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Any errors will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Barringer Group, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the application
- Any errors or omissions in the content
- Any clinical decisions made based on information in the app

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Barringer Group, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Updates
We may update the application and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
